Hazardous Substances
Safety Data Sheets (SDS or MSDS) are required to be maintained for all Hazardous Substances onsite, however these can be challenging to maintain and keep current.
The Hazardous Substances module in GonoGo provides a simple way keep track of your dangerous goods, hazardous substances, safety data sheets and their expiry dates.
Email reminders can be setup to alert when a SDS is about to expire. The module is fully compatible with the latest GH7 HSNO codes (post April 2021).
My Stuff
The “My Stuff” page allows you to only view the Issues, Hazards and Projects that you personally have been assigned as responsible
for (set as “Owner”), and is a great way to keep a close eye on what’s important to you.
Equipment & Personnel
Tools and equipment such as vehicle WOF’s/regos, equipment servicing or tool calibrations can easily be tracked using the Equipment module.
Likewise, important dates for your staff such as licences, recurrent training, or authorisations can be managed using the Personnel module.
In both modules, email reminders can be setup to alert when an item is about to expire, and a previous history (e.g. each time an item of equipment has been serviced) can be saved for each item.
Phone/Tablet App
An “app” is available free with every GonoGo subscription to enable effortless reporting and access to other documents.
Note: App is available for phone or tablet, and requires internet access.
Customers/Contractors

Operations/Staff Notices

Visitors
Keep tabs on who is onsite with this simple Sign-In Sign-out register, designed to work in combination with a tablet at your reception area.
Pre-Start Inspections (for Equipment Operators)
Carry out paperless equipment Pre-Start inspections from the phone or tablet app, or access the inspection form quickly from a QR code that can be located on or in the equipment itself. Email alerts can be sent for failed inspection items.
Passenger Dangerous Goods (for Airline Operators)
A listing of dangerous goods items commonly carried onboard aircraft by passengers, and the restrictions that apply.
These are based on the IATA DG Rules, but can be modified as required by the user.
Very useful for airline staff to quickly see what restrictions are applicable to certain luggage items.
Note: An additional one off charge is applicable to this module.
