Many businesses and schools already keep a Hazard or a Risk Register.
The Hazards and Risks module in GonoGo is where these are tracked and managed.
Risk Levels
From the Hazards and Risks table, you can see the initial and final risk levels – these are the risk levels before and after any mitigations (or controls) have been put in place.
You can also see how many Issues have been linked to this Hazard, and any meetings held relating to it.
Hazard, Risks & Mitigation
The functionality for detailing and managing risks and mitigations within GonoGo is very powerful.
Each Hazard can have as many Risks as required, and each Risk can also have unlimited Mitigations.
This allows you to provide as much (or as little) detail as you choose about each specific item.
Risk Matrix
The initial and final risk levels can be set within the Hazard item, and these are calculated using a simple risk matrix.
Related Issues
Any Issues that have been linked to this Hazard can also be viewed, which is really useful if for example you are looking back into how significant, or serious a particular Hazard is within your organisation (based on the number of linked Issues).
The entire Hazard, including the whole family tree of risks and mitigations can be printed to hard copy or pdf if desired.
