After entering the meeting name and location, you can select who was present or who should have access to view the meeting details.
Only the originator, and those people selected will have access to do so.
Inter-Connected
You can link a meeting to a Hazard or a Project, which can then be accessed from the Hazard or Project page.
Meeting minutes can be typed in, or added as an attachment.
