Issues, Ideas & Incidents
Effective reporting & management of Issues, Ideas and Incidents is the key to a successful Safety Management System.
The Issues, Ideas and Incidents module is the Issue or Incident reporting part of GonoGo, and connects to various other modules (for example hazards or meetings).
It’s purposely named to promote proactive, good ideas from staff as being just as (or more) important than actual incidents.
Reporting Made Simple
Issues can be entered from any PC, tablet or phone, and are incredibly simple to submit. Our experience has shown that one of the biggest hurdles for staff when submitting an incident form is how complicated it can be. In GonoGo we’ve fixed this by asking only one mandatory question – “What is the Issue”? (This can of course be customised to suit your requirements).
Easily Accessible
Once the Issue has been submitted, it appears in the system in the Issues, Ideas and Incidents table, where the company’s nominated safety person can then enter further details, and categorise the Issue as required.
Issues that have been categorised as “Proactive” show in the table as green, and those that have been categorised as “Serious” show in red.
Inter-Connected
The Issue can be linked to a Hazard or a meeting, or have investigation information added.
Images and other files can also be saved with the Issue.
Reports & Graphs
Reporting is automatic and effortless in GonoGo. We can create custom reports for your
organisation to show key indicators that are important to you.
Any data that is submitted into the system can have a report created.
Each graph can be clicked on to “drill” deeper into the data and view specific details.
Report From Mobile
An app is available with every GonoGo subscription to enable effortless reporting, and access to other documents.
